Almost three months into the Great Reward competition for 2015 and below is the list of the current Top 10 retailers per tier – listed in alphabetical order.
These retailers are based on the status as of the end of August with sales to date as well as future orders placed July – December 2015.
We urge our customers to place additional futures to ensure that they fall into the Top 10 of their category. By placing additional orders for the remaining period they may ensure or secure their chances to compete with the current ranked customers.

This promotion is organised by Skye Distribution (Pty) Ltd (‘Skye’).
Promotion period will be based on sales for the period 1 July 2015 – 31 December 2015.
Customers who purchase during July and August 2015 will automatically be entered into the promotion, subject to these terms and conditions.
By participating in the promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
A minimum of 100 customers must participate for the promotion to be offered.
The promotion is open to independent retailers who are customers of Skye with no more than 50 stores.
Based on the size of business with Skye, customers will compete in THREE tiers.
Customers who purchase Skye products in excess of R4 million during the promotion period will compete in Tier 1.
Customers who purchase Skye products in excess of R420 000 but less than R1.5m during the promotion period will compete in Tier 3
In addition to the minimum sales required in each tier, customers must achieve a 40% comparitive growth in sales in the promotion period compared to the 2014 promotion period.
In addition, customers in tier 1 must have been Skye customers since at least July 2013 and have purchased Skye products in excess of R2m during the 2014 promotion period.
For tier 2 and tier 3 if sales were below R300 000 in the prior promotion period, sales will be deemed to be R300 000 for the current promotion period.
Retailers will be judged on the greatest Net increase in Rand sales value growth compared to the prior comparative promotion period on 4 plus Skye brands.

Customers have to spend a minimum of R20 000 per brand.

Second prize – a ROLEX WATCH
Third prize – Kruger Coins to the value of R100 000
First prize – a Breitling watch
Second prize – A Trip Mauritius to the value of R 75 000
Third Prize – Kruger Coins to the value of R25 000
First prize – a TAG Heuer watch
Second prize – A Trip to The Palace at Sun City to the value of R 40 000
Third Prize – Kruger Coins to the value of R20 000

To calculate the retailer’s sales value growth, sales in the promotion period July – December 2015 will be compared against like for like sales with Skye, net of credits and returns, during July – December 2014.
Invoiced sales will be determined according to Skye’s statement. Excluding VAT.
Only sales invoiced and delivered during the promotion period, and paid for before 31 March 2016 will qualify.
Product purchased cannot be returned or credited, unless defective. Defective product must be returned before 31 January 2016.
The promotion is based on rand values.
Skye may disqualify an entrant if Skye finds that the entrant has attempted to manipulate the outcome of the promotion.
Customer accounts may not be combined or split for purposes of entereing the promotion. Skye’s decision in this regard will be final.
Prizes are non-transferable.
Prizes can be exchanged for the cash value of the prize within 30 days of award, less 50%.
Prizes must be taken up by retailers within 6 months of the announcement date unless prior arrangements are made with Skye.
Prizes are subject to availability. If the advertised prize is not available, winners will be offered an alternative prize of similar value.
No warranties or representations are given or made as to the state, condition or fitness of the motor vehicle, flights, accomodations or watches.
The colour and specifications of the motor vehicle and watches are not negotiable and may differ from that advertised.
All taxes (including income tax if applicable), insurances, licenses and and other expenses resulting from the prizes are the sole responsibility of
the winners. Skye is not liable for the cost of registering the vehicle, nor for the maintenance of or repairs to the motor vehicle. The risk
in the motor vehicle will pass to the winner once the winner is announced and takes possession of the keys to the motor vehicle.
Tier 2 and 3 Trip prizes do not include meals, unless otherwise stated, and other incidentals which are the sole responsibility of the winners.
These prizes may only be taken during off peak periods.
Skye may use, broadcast or publish the details, including photographs of the winners, unless the winner objects.
In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of the promotion and/or these terms, Skye’s decision will be binding and final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The results and the winners will be audited by independent auditors.
The prinicpal owner, shareholder or member of the customer will be awarded the prize. Should there be more than one principal owner, the customer will nominate the winner, failing which Skye will award the prize to one of the owners.
The decision as to the winners is final. No appeals or correspondence will be entered into.
Skye reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the promotion at any time if events occur which makes this necessary. Participants will have no recourse against Skye in this event.
Skye shall not be liable for and participants hereby indemnify and hold Skye harmless against any claim, liability, damages (whether direct or indirect), cost, expense or penalty suffered or incurrred by any person as a result of participating in the promotion or the acceptance or use of a prize.
